根据慢性乙型肝炎的病因病机和发生发展过程,结合＂正邪进退＂理论分析,认为慢性乙型肝炎各证型转换与机体免疫功能状态密切相关.提出进一步深入研究细胞免疫与慢性乙型肝炎中医辨证分型的客观关系,对探讨中医证型的细胞免疫学理论基础和辨证论治标准的规范化具有重要意义.

Correlation between the Syndrome Type and T-lymphocyte Subgroups and NK Cells in the Peripheral Blood of Chronic Hepatitis B

According to the pathogeny and pathogenisis and the course of developing,combined with the analysis of theory of healthy energy and evils in conflict with each other, it is considered that the change of syndrome types of chronic hepatitis B has close relationship with the immune function. It is raised that through research into the relationship between cellular immune function and TCM syndrome type of chronic hepatitis B is of momentous significance to study the theoretical basis of cellular immunology of TCM syndrome type and to standardize the criteria of treatment with syndrome differentiation.
