尿激酶溶栓治疗急性心肌梗死疗效观察

目的观察尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死的疗效。方法选择该院收治急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者132例,按是否符合溶栓条件分两组,溶栓组50例,对照组82例,对照组采用常规治疗,溶栓组在对照组基础上实施尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗。结果溶栓组在冠状动脉再通率、心力衰竭、梗死后心绞痛、病死率分别与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,溶栓组胸痛缓解迅速、明显,但出血并发症高于对照组。结论急性心肌梗死尿激酶溶栓疗效确切、安全,溶栓治疗效果与溶栓开始时间密切相关。

Clinical observation of urokinase thrombolysis therapy for acute myocardial infarction

Objective To observe the curative effect of intravenous thrombolytic therapy for acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction. Methods A hundred and thirty-two patients with acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction admitted to Mingguang People＇s Hospital were assigned into two groups：thrombolytic therapy group（ n = 50） and control group（ n = 82）. Control group was treated with conventional therapy,while thrombolytic therapy group was treated with intravenous thrombolytic therapy with urokinase in addition to the conventional therapy. Results There was significant differences in coronary artery recanalization rate,heart failure,post infarction angina pectoris,and mortality rates between the two groups（ P 0. 05）. Chest pain in thrombolytic therapy group was relieved quickly and obviously,yet rate of bleeding complications was higher than that in control group. Conclusions The efficacy of urokinase thrombolytic therapy of acute myocardial infarction is effective and safe,which is closely related with its start time.
