Effect of PBL Combined With CBL in Clinical Teaching of Critical Care Medicine

Objective To observe the effect of PBL and CBL teaching methods in the process of clinical teaching of critical medicine.Methods A total of 60 interns were selected randomly according to the way of random selection within the group.In the process of daily teaching,PBL teaching mode was used for teaching,that is,the control group.The remaining 30 interns need to carry out CBL teaching on the basis of the teaching method of the control group,that is,the observation group.The interns of the two groups were analyzed.Results Combined with the comparison of the two groups of interns teaching satisfaction,the observation group 96.67%(29/30),significantly higher than the control group 80.00%(24/30),P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The observation group was also better than the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Combined with the two groups of students to evaluate the teaching situation,including improving self-learning ability,improving communication ability,improving learning enthusiasm and improving team cooperation ability,the evaluation of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion In the process of clinical teaching of critical care medicine,teaching in the form of PBL combined with CBL teaching method can effectively improve the comprehensive effect of teaching in this aspect,and help interns better master professional skills.
