老年性皮肤瘙痒症的诱因分析与对策

目的：探讨老年性皮肤瘙痒症的诱因及相关对策。方法：对86例老年性皮肤瘙痒症患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,分析其诱发因素及相应的治疗和护理对策。结果：老年性皮肤瘙痒症的诱发因素：饮食因素34例（39.5%）,环境因素32例（37.2%）,感染因素10例（11.6%）,其他因素10例（11.6%）。经采取相应的治疗及护理对策后,老年人皮肤瘙痒症状有所减轻。结论：针对老年人皮肤的特殊性采用相关的护理对策,可明显减轻皮肤瘙痒。在日常生活中力求生活有规律,劳逸结合,对老年性皮肤瘙痒症起一定预防作用。

Causes analysis and countermeasure of senile skin pruritus

Objective: To discuss causes and related countermeasure of senile skin pruritus.Methods: Clinic data of 86 cases with senile skin pruritus were retrespectively analyzed for its evoked factors and the corresponding treatment and the nursing countermeasure.Results: Evoked factors:dietary factors in 34 patients(39.5%),environmental factors in 32 cases(37.2%),infection factors in 10 cases(11.6%),other factors in 10 cases(11.6%).After adopting the corresponding treatment and the nursing countermeasure,symptom decreased.Conclusion: The related nursing countermeasure according to the skin's particularity of elderly patients,may reduce the skin pruritus obviously.Regular life,combining work with relaxation in everyday life play certain prevention role to the senile skin pruritus.
