穴位埋线对慢性制动应激大鼠下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨穴位埋线对慢性制动应激模型大鼠下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴(HPA轴)的调节作用。方法:采用制动应激方式作用于SD大鼠21天,制成慢性应激模型,在“百会”、“内关”、“三阴交”、“太冲”穴进行穴位埋线,每5天1次,共埋线4次。运用放射免疫法(RIA)检测血清Cor和血浆CRH的含量,并与对照组、模型组做比较。结果:与对照组相比,模型组大鼠血清Cor和血浆CRH含量明显高于正常组(P<0.05);穴位埋线组血清中Cor和血浆CRH含量明显低于模型组(P<0.01),与正常组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:慢性应激引起大鼠HPA轴亢进,穴位埋线可能通过调整Cor和CRH的过度分泌,从而纠正HPA轴亢进,进而防治慢性应激引起神经内分泌紊乱。

Abstract:Objective:To study the effects of catgut embedding method on Hypothalamic-Pituitary-Adrenal Axis(HPAA)in Chronic Stress Rats.Method:Using 21-days restraint stress on rats to make the chronic stress model.Embedding catgut on “baihui”,“neiguan”,“sanyinjiao”,“taichong”,once every five days,for four times.Observe the quantity of serum Cor and plasma CRH of rats by RIA and compare with that of normal group and chronic stress model group.Result:Comparing with the normal group the quantity of serum Cor and plasma CRH of chronic stress model group are much higher than that of normal group(P<0.05).The quantity of serum Cor and plasma CRH of catgut embedding group are much lower than that of chronic stress model group(P<0.01)and have no difference between that of normal group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Chronic stress can lead to the hyperactivity of HPAA.And catgut embedding method can be used to regulate the HPAA by reducing the excreting of Cor and CRH,thereby to prevent and cure the neuroendocrine turbulence caused by chronic stress.
