| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨脑电图(EEG)对精神障碍患者的鉴别诊断价值。方法 对99例以精神障碍为首发症状患者的首次常规EEG进行分析。结果 异常EEG 49例,其中轻度异常23例,中度异常22例,高度异常4例。脑器质性精神障碍占异常率的76％,异常率与病因有关(P<0.01)。结论 EEG的异常改变对脑器质性精神障碍者的早期诊断、鉴别诊断及治疗有重要参考价值。

| Abstract: | Objetive To study the value of EEG in differentiation diagnosing psychogeny. Methods 99 patients with the first psychoegny were analysized. Results EEG abnormal 49 cases, mirror abnormal 23 cases, mid - abnormal 22 cases, high abnormal 4 cases. in brain damage psy-choyeny hold 76% .The abnormal rate Yelatives to cause of disease (P<0.01). Conclusion The abnormal alteration EEG in brain damage psy-chogony might be refeyen valuable in the early dignosis differentiation dignosis cure. |
