常年性变应性鼻炎患者血清吸入性过敏原检测与分析

[目的]分析无锡地区常年性变应性鼻炎患者的过敏原类型。[方法]采用免疫印迹方法体外定量检测患者血清中9种常见特异性过敏原IgE抗体。[结果]110例常年性变应性鼻炎患中，户尘螨和蟑螂的阳性率较高，阳性率分别为87％和10％。96例阳性患者中，血清特异性IgE含量3级以上占60例，甚至有3例浓度超过100IU／L。[结论]无锡地区户尘螨、蟑螂是诱发变应性鼻炎的主要过敏原，户尘螨阳性率高而且阳性反应最强，常引起患者中、重度过敏反应。

Detection of serum inhaled allergens in patients with long - lasting allergic rhinitis and its analysis

[Objective] To analyze the allergen types in patients with perennial allergic rhinitic in Wuxi. [ Methods] IgE antibodies to nine common specific allergens in human serum were quantitatively determined with immunblotassay in vitro. [ Results] In the 110 perennial allergic patients, the positive rates of Dermatophagoides pteronyssimus and cockroach were respectively 87% and 10%, which were higher than others. In the 96 positive patients, the cotents of the serum - specific IgE in 60 patients reached grade 3, even the density of 3 in them passed 100 IU/L. [ Conclusion ] Dermatophagoides pteronyssimus and cockroach are the chief allergens which bring out allergic rhinitis in Wuxi. Dermatophagoides pteronyssimus often causes medium or severe anaphylatis, of which the positive rate is the highest and positive reaction is the strongest.
