| 摘 要： | 目的 研究细胞竞争在临床肿瘤病例发生发展中的作用及可能存在的机制.方法 收集手术切除的胃肠道肿瘤标本中的肿瘤组织细胞、肿瘤旁组织细胞及远离肿瘤的正常组织细胞,应用流式细胞术检测各部位细胞增殖与凋亡率,并用Western blot检测相应部位组织C-myc蛋白的表达水平.用统计学方法分析各组之间的差异.结果 肿瘤组织的细胞增殖水平明显高于瘤旁组织细胞的增殖水平,瘤旁组织细胞的凋亡率高于肿瘤细胞,也高于远处正常组织细胞.肿瘤组织的C-myc蛋白表达水平明显高于瘤旁组织.结论 肿瘤细胞与瘤旁组织的细胞存在细胞竞争,细胞竞争在肿瘤向周围浸润侵犯过程中起到重要作用.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the role and possible mechanisms of cell competition in the development of clinical gastrointestinal cancer. Methods Proliferation and apoptosis rate of the cells from different parts of the clinical specimens were detected by flow cytometry,and the C-myc expression was analyzed by using Western blot.
