| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨术前护理干预对耳鼻喉科手术患者的影响。方法:100例耳鼻喉科需接受手术的患者,随机分为干预组和对照组各50例,其中干预组在术前接受临床护理干预,对照组给予耳鼻喉科一般常规护理。结果:干预组患者平均住院天数、住院费用均低于对照组患者(P<0.05);干预组对疾病知识掌握率(94.0%)与对照组患者掌握率(74.0%)比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组患者满意率(98.0%)与对照组患者满意率(88.0%)比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:术前护理干预,可有效降低耳鼻喉科手术患者的住院天数及住院费用,增加患者对疾病知识的了解与满意度,在临床上值得推广应用。
