循证护理在术后胆道镜中的应用

目的:探讨用循证护理方法解决术后胆道镜常见问题的护理对策及效果。方法:将循证护理实践应用于术后胆道镜患者,解决患者发热、窦道穿孔、胆汁性腹膜炎、胆管出血、恶心、呕吐、腹泻、导管脱出等问题。结果:78例术后胆道镜患者,12例出现腹泻症状,8例轻度恶心、呕吐,7例出现发热,3例引流管脱出,2例轻度胆管出血,无窦道穿孔、胆汁性腹膜炎等严重并发症发生。通过循证护理应用得到及时、得当的护理,全部康复出院。结论:将循证护理应用于术后胆道镜患者,不仅可提高护理质量,有利于患者康复,而且可以丰富护理人员的经验。

The clinical application of evidence-based nursing in the biliary microscopy after operation
