显微手术治疗垂体腺瘤卒中（附38例报告）

目的：为了进一步提高垂体腺瘤卒中的治疗效果。方法：总结分析38例垂体腺瘤卒中的临床表现和治疗经过，全部病例均在显微条件下进行手术，其中经口鼻蝶入路29例，经额下或翼点入路9例，结果：本组肿瘤全切除29例，次全切除6例，大部分切除3例，无手术死亡，术后临床症状和体征均有明显的改善，其中视力视野的好转尤为显著，结论：病史和CT或／MR是明确诊断该病的最佳方法。及时的清除病灶是提高疗效的有效措施。

Microsurgical treatment of pituitary adenoma apoplexy(supplement for 38 cases)

Objective To improve further the effects of treatment for pituitary adenoma apoplexy.Methods It was summarized about the clinical data and course of treatment in 38 cases of pituitary adenoma apoplexy.All the patients underwent microsurgery,with 29 cases by the transphenoidal approach,9 cases by the inferior frontal approach or the pterion approach.Results Total Tumor removal was achieved in 29 cases,subtotal tumor removal in 6 cases,most probably removal in 3 cases.None of patients died from the microsurgery.Symptoms and signs of patients improved greatly after the operation,especially in eyesight and visual fields.Conclusion The history of disease and CT/MRI are the best choice for diagnosis of pituitary adenoma apoplexy.The ectomy for tumor lesion by microsurgery in time is an effective measure to improve effects of treatment.
