摘    要:本文详细介绍了支持340hm波长酶标免疫分析仪工作原理和电路结构的设计与实现。通过准确性测试、线性度测试和重复性测试,证实该酶标免疫分析仪实现支持340nto波长的测试,能很好地满足临床某些科研测试的需求,是高端酶标的一个重要体现。实验还证明,采用一定的软硬件技术,配合光路的设计,能使340nm波长完全达到国家对酶标免疫分析仪的性能标准。

Abstract:This paper introduces the design and imlementation of enzyme sign immunity analyzer with 340 nm wavelength, including the principle and circuit structure. The results of accuracy test, linearity test, and repetitive tests showed that enzyme sign immunity analyzer can finish test in 340 nm wavelength, well meet the demand of some scientific research tests, and be an important embodiment of high-end enzyme sign. The experiment in this paper proved that the design which adopted certain hardware and software technology and cooperated with light path can make the 340 nm wavelength fully meet the national standards on the performance of the enzyme sign immune analyzer.
