磺胺嘧啶银联合阿昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹的研究

目的:探讨应用磺胺嘧啶银和阿昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹的疗效。方法:118例病人随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组应用磺胺嘧啶银外涂创面,静滴阿昔洛韦进行治疗;对照组外用复方炉甘石洗剂、静滴阿昔洛韦治疗。通过观察16d后的病人情况和创面全部愈合时间、疼痛明显减轻时间、出现瘢痕例数、细菌培养阳性例数、色素沉着发生例数等指标,进行统计学处理,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:治疗组痊愈39例(67.2%),显效16例(27.6%),无效3例(5.2%),总有效率94.8%。对照组痊愈25例(41.7%),显效16例(27.6%),无效14例(23.3%),总有效率76.7%。经统计学处理uc=3.147,P<0.01,两组病例总有效率比较有显著性差异。结论:应用磺胺嘧啶银联和阿昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹有较好的临床效果。

The Research of Sulfadiazinmu Argenteum Combination with Acyclovir for Treatment of Herpes Zoster

Objective:To explore the curative effects of the Sulfadiazinmu Argenteum combined with acyclovir on treatment herpes zoster.Methods:118 cases patient randomly were divided into treatment group and control group.In treatment group the Sulfadiazinmu Argenteum be spread the surface of herpes and acyclovir be intravenous dripped;In control group the compound calamine lotion be external used and acyclovir be intravenous dripped.Through observation the indices of patients condition after sixteen days and healing time of herpes surface,pain apparent relaxation time,case number of appearance scarring,case number of germiculture positive and case number of occurring pigmentation etc.Results:In treatment group thirty-nine cases(67.2%) was healed and sixteen cases(27.6%) had apparent effect and three cases(5.2%) be of no effect and total effective rate was 94.8%.In control group 25 cases(41.7%) were healed and sixteen cases(27.6%) had apparent effect and fourteen cases(5.2%) be of no effect and total effective rate was 76.7%.By statistical treatment uc = 3.147,P<0.01,there was significant difference comparison with the total effective rate in two groups.Conclusion:There be the preferable effect of the Sulfadiazinmu Argenteum combined with acyclovir to treat herpes zoster.
