术前访视对择期手术患者心理状态的影响研究

目的探讨术前访视对择期手术患者心理状态的影响。方法将160名病例随机分为对照组和干预组,对照组进行常规治疗和护理,干预组在常规基础上加入术前访视。观察两组对患者心理指标、循环系统及神经内分泌系统的影响。术后调查患者满意度。结果与对照组相比,干预组患者的焦虑、抑郁、疼痛强度、血压、心率、血浆去甲肾上腺素、肾上腺素浓度等指标均低,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而且干预组患者的满意度高于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于择期手术患者,术前访视能降低其负性情绪,改善其循环系统、神经内分泌机制,使手术和麻醉顺利实施。

Study on Preoperative Care to Mental State of Reappointed Operation Patients

Objective To explore preoperative care to reappointed operation patients influencing on their mental status. Methods 160 patients were randomly divided into control group and intervention group. The former group was given conventional treatment and nursing, however, besides that, the later one was administrated with preoperative care. Mental index, circulation system and neuroendocrine system index were observed in the two groups. Meanwhile degree of satisfaction in patients was surveyed. Results Compared with patients in control group, anxiety,depression, intensity of pain, blood pressure, heart rate, plasma norepinephrine, and adrenaline of those in intervention group were lower(P<0.05). Furthermore, degree of satisfaction in former group was higher than later one(P<0.05). Conclusion As regard to reappointed operation patients, preoperative care could decrease negative mood, improve circulation system and neuroendocrine system, then make operation and anaesthesia applied easily.
