卵巢上皮癌组织中Cyclin E mRNA的表达

[目的]为了了解细胞周期蛋白E（Cyclin E）在卵巢上皮癌发病机制中的作用及对卵巢上皮癌的诊断价值。[方法]用RT-PCR法检测了39例卵巢上皮癌组织中Cyclin E mRNA的表达，同时检测了26例良性卵巢上皮性肿瘤及16例正常卵巢组织作对照。[结果]卵巢上皮癌组织中Cyclin E mRNA的阳性表达率为64.10％；良性卵巢上皮性肿瘤组织中阳性率为19.23％；正常卵巢组织中无Cyclin E表达。 Cyclin E mRNA的表达在临床分期和病理类型间有一定关系。[结论]Cyclin E在卵巢上皮癌发病过程中起着重要作用，Cyclin E是卵巢上皮癌特异的一个肿瘤标志物；Cyclin E mRNA的检测是卵巢上皮癌诊断的有效方法。

Expression of cyclin E mRNA in ovarian epithelial cancer

[ Objective] To investigate the role of cyclin E in pathogenesis of ovarian epithelial cancer and value of cyclin E mRNA detection in diagnosis of the disease. [ Methods ] RT - PCR was used to determine the expression of cyclin E mRNA in 39 cases of malignant ovarian epithelial tumor, 26 of benign one and 16 healthy individuals. [ Results] The expression rate of cyclin E mRNA was 64.10% ,19.23% and 0% in ovarian epithelial cancer, benign group and controls, respectively. The expression of cyclin E mRNA was associated with Figo stage and pathological types. [ Conclusion] Abnormal expression of cyclin E plays an important role in pathogenesis of ovarian epithelial cancer. Cyclin E is a specific tumor marker for the cancer and examination of its mRNA expression is a useful method for diagnosis of the disease.
