摘    要:目的探讨白术的最佳浸润与切制工艺。方法以水溶性浸出物含量、醇溶性浸出物含量、白术内酯Ⅲ为指标,选择溶剂用量、浸润时间、饮片厚度3个因素,用L9(34)正交设计表,采用综合加权评分法,对上述三因素进行炮制工艺的优选。结果白术的最佳浸润与切制工艺为:加0.6倍量的溶剂,浸润20h,饮片厚度为3mm。结论为进一步规范白术的浸润与切制工艺提供了参考依据。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To research the best processing method of Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae soaked and cut.METHODS L9(34) orthogonal table are decided with three factors:The amount of solvent,thickness of pieces,soaking time.According to the amount of water-soluble extractive,alcohol-soluble extractive and Atractylenolide Ⅲ,orthogonal design is applied to processing.RESULTS The best process is:the thickness of piece is 3mm,the amount of solvent is 0.6 times and soaking for 20h.CONCLUSION The results can provide basis for establishing the quality standard of this crude drug.
