摘    要:目的探讨经胸前区腋静脉置管与锁骨下静脉置管病人导管相关性感染情况。方法707例采用经胸前区腋静脉置管,105例采用传统锁骨下静脉置管。对比两组病人导管相关感染情况。结果腋静脉组发生导管相关性感染5例,感染率为0.7%,锁骨下静脉组发生导管相关性感染4例,感染率为3.8%,两组病人总感染率经比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论采用经胸前区腋静脉穿刺置管能降低导管相关性感染发生率,且操作容易、安全,并发症少,值得临床推广。

Abstract:Objective To study the catheter-related infections in intubation by anterior thoracic wall axillary venipuncture (IATAV) and subclavian vein. Methods 707 patients with IATAV catheters were selected as IATAV group, and they were punctured by anterior thoracic wall axillary venipuncture. 105 patients with subclavian vein catheters were selected as control group.The catheter-related infection in both groups were compared. Results In IATAV group, 5 cases had catheter-related infection and the infection rate was 0.7%. In control group, 4 cases had catheter-related infection and the infection rate was 3.8%. After comparison, there was significant difference about infection rate between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusions Intubation by IATAV can reduce catheter-related infections.
