大肠癌中Cyclin E、p27kip1的表达及临床病理意义

目的：探讨细胞周期素E（Cyclin E）、p27^kip1蛋白在大肠癌中的表达及意义。方法：应用免疫组化S-P法检测85例大肠癌、20例大肠腺瘤标本中Cyclin E、p27^kip1的表达，并分析与大肠癌临床病理特征的关系。结果：随着大肠粘膜病变由良性向恶性的转变，Cydin E表达呈逐渐升高趋势，并与大肠癌Dukes分期、淋巴结转移显著正相关，与p27^kip1表达负相关；p27^kip1表达呈逐渐降低趋势，与大肠癌Dukes分期、淋巴结转移、肠壁浸润及Cyclin E表达呈负相关。结论：CydinE和p27^kip1是大肠癌恶性程度的正性和负性相关因子，检测二者表达情况有助于判断大肠癌的恶性趋势及生物学行为，并有助于估计患者的预后，为临床治疗提供依据。

Expression of Cyclin E, p27kip1 in Colorectal Carcinomas and Its Clinicopathological Significance

Objective: To investigate the expression of(Cyclin E),p27~(kip1) protein and the clinicopathological significance in colorectal carcinomas.Methods:The expression of(Cyclin E),p27~(kip1) protein was detec-ted with immunohistochemical stain technique(S-P method) in the paraffin embeded tissue samples(85 cases of colorectal carcinoma,20 cases of adenoma and 20 cases of normal colorectal mucosa).The data related to colorectal carcinoma clinicopathological characteristics was analyzed.Results: With the transformation of co-lorectal mucosa from benign to malignant status,the expression of(Cyclin E) was upregulated gradually,and significantly correlated with Dukes stage,lymph nodal metastasis,but has inverse correlation with the expression of p27~(kip1).Meanwhile,p27~(kip1) expression appeared to be downregulated,and had an inverse correlation with Dukes stage,lymph nodal metastasis,deep infiltration and the expression of(Cyclin E).Conclusion: Cyclin E and p27~(kip1) are the positive and negative correlative factors implying the malignant degree of colorectal carcinoma respectively;detecting the expression of(Cyclin E) and p27~(kip1) is helpful for evaluating the malignant degree and biological behavior of colorectal carcinoma,and for evaluating the prognosis of patients.It also provides the evidences for clinic treatment.
