秋泻灵合剂联合西咪替丁治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻的效果

目的观察秋泻灵合剂联合西咪替丁治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻的临床效果。方法将永清县人民医院2012年9月-2013年11月112例秋季腹泻患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组。两组治疗方案相同，均采用综合治疗，治疗组加用秋泻灵合剂、西咪替丁口服，比较两组的疗效。结果治疗组发热、腹泻、呕吐等临床症状改善和见效时间方面均明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。治疗组总有效率为93．10％，对照组总有效率为81．84％，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论秋泻灵合剂联合西咪替丁治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻效果显著。

Curative effect of Qiuxieling Mixture combined with Cimetidine in treat- ment of infantile autumn diarrhea

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Qiuxieling Mixture combined with Cimetidine in the treatment of infantile autumn diarrhea. Methods 112 cases with autumn diarrhea in Yongqing County People＇s Hospital from September 2012 to November 2013 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Both groups had the same therapeutic schedules, both took comprehensive treatment, the treatment group was added with Qiuxieling Mixture, Cimetidine orally, the curative effect of two groups was compared. Results The improvement of clinical symp- toms such as fever, diarrhea, vomiting and working time in the treatment group were significantly better than those in control group （P 〈 0.05）. The total effective rate of treatment group was 93.10%, which of control group was 81.84%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Qiuxieling Mixture combined with Cimetidine in the treatment of infantile autumn diarrhea has a remarkable curative effect.
