综合模拟训练在护理本科生护理技能强化训练中的应用及效果

摘    要:目的探讨综合模拟训练在护理本科生护理技能强化训练中的应用及效果。方法将2012年10月~2013年4月自愿参加本研究的100名即将开始实习的2009级护理本科生做为研究对象,随机分为两组。实验组(50例)采用综合性情景模拟训练法进行40学时的强化训练,对照组(50例)采用传统的训练法进行40学时的强化训练,两组训练内容相同。强化训练结束后发放问卷,调查两组学生对护理技能强化训练效果的评价。实习1个月后。调查临床带教老师对两组学生临床综合能力的评价。结果实验组与对照组比较,其技能强化训练效果明显,学生的练习积极性、分析解决问题能力、参与意识、训练效果、训练满意度均提高(P〈0.01),技能操作能力增强(P〈0.05);其技能操作熟悉程度、团队合作、表达沟通、观察判断能力、应急应变能力、评判性思维及健康教育能力均得到提高(P〈0.01)。结论综合模拟训练提高了强化训练的效果并增强了临床综合能力,很大程度上提高了实习质量,值得在其他医学院校推广。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the application and effect of comprehensive simulation training on the intensive training of nursing skills for undergraduate nursing students before clinical practice. Methods 100 volunteers from 2009 undergraduate session from October 2012 to April 2013 who would start the clinical practice were investigated. They were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group (n = 50) was trained by 40 hours of comprehen- sive simulation training, while the control group (n = 50) received 40 hours of traditional training with the same training contents. After the training, questionnaires were used to survey the comments of the two groups of students on intensive training of nursing skills. After one month of practice, the clinical comprehensive ability of the students was evaluated by clinical teachers. Results The comparison of the results showed that the intensive skill training effect evaluation of two groups of students was more obvious. The practice enthusiasm, problem analyzing and solving ability, the sense of participation, training effects, training satisfaction of the students were enhanced (P 〈 0.01), and operation skills were also improved (P 〈 0.05). Their familiarity with the operation skills, team cooperation spirits, presentation and communication ability, observation and judgment ability, emergency response ability, critical thinking and health education ability were enhanced (P 〈 0.01). Conclusion The comprehensive simulation training can not only improve the effectiveness of intensive training, but also strengthen the students" clinical comprehensive ability and promote the practice quality, thus it is worth popularizing in other medical colleges and universities.
