摘    要:目的对不同产区与采收期黄柏药材中小檗碱与黄柏碱含量进行对比研究,为其药材质量评价与资源合理利用提供参考。方法采用高效液相色谱法对不同产区与采收期黄柏中小檗碱与黄柏碱进行测定。色谱柱为LichrospherC18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5um),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(50:50),检测波长为265nm,流速为1mL/min;黄柏碱流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(36:64),检测波长为284nm,流速为1mL/min。结果在检测的22批次样品中,不同产区黄柏中小檗碱与黄柏碱含量有一定差异,但均可达到《中国药典》2010年版黄柏含量限度要求,以保靖县与花坛县产区最高;采收期对其含量有一定的影响,5-6月上旬采收样品含量较高,6月下旬~8月中旬采收样品含量较其他月份低。结论湖南保靖县与花坛县产黄柏含量较高,宜在5-6月上旬问采收。

Abstract:Objective To make a contrastive study about comparing the contents of berberine and phellodendrine in Cortex phellodendri of different product districts and picking time, and provide information for its medical material quality appraise and the reasonable utilization of resources. Methods HPLC was used to determine the contents of berberine and phellodendrine in Cortex phellodendri of different product districts and picking time, the chromatograph- ic column was Lichrospher C18 (4.6 minx250 mm, 5 um), acetonitrile-0.l% phosphoric acid solution (50:50) as mobile phase; the detect wavelength was 265 nm; the flow rate was 1 mL/min; phellodendrine was acetonitrile-0.1% phospho- ric acid solution (36:64) for mobile phase; the detect wavelength was 284 nm, the flow rate was 1 mL/min. Results In the detected 22 batch samples, while there was a certain difference in Cortex phellodendri of different product districts, all got product districts, and could reach the limit requirements of the Cortex phellodendri content in Chinese Pharma- copeia (2010 edition). The maximum content of Cortex phellodendri were in Baojing and Huatan County; picking time had certain effect, the sample gathered in May and the first ten days of June had higher Cortex phellodendri contend, and the simple gathered in the last ten days of June and the middle ten days of August had much lower Cortex phel- lodendri content. Conclusion Cortex pheUodendri content in Baojing and Huatan county is higher, and the best adduet time is May and the first ten days of June.
