反复异位妊娠高危因素的 Logistic 回归分析

目的通过分析反复异位妊娠患者的临床资料，筛选反复异位妊娠的高危因素。方法运用Logistic回归分析的方法回顾性分析2012～2013年广东省佛山市禅城区中心医院268例反复异位妊娠患者的病史特点，进一步筛查出反复异位妊娠的高危因素。结果有无盆腔炎、流产史、反复流产史、节育环的运用及输卵管病变的患者问，反复异位妊娠发生例数相比较，差异有统计学意义（X^2=8．053、7．634、15．349、6．361；P=0．005、0．011、0．000、0．036）。进一步对反复异位妊娠患者临床资料进行多因素分析，结果提示盆腔炎、反复流产史及输卵管病理改变是反复异位妊娠的高危因素（OR：8．831、9．086、27．01l；P=0．018、0．032、0．012）。结论当面对异位妊娠患者时，临床工作者应评估反复异位妊娠的高危因素，降低反复异位妊娠的发生，提高育龄期妇女的生活质量。

Logistic regression analysis of risk factors of recurrent ectopic pregnancy

Objective To screen the high risk factors of recurrent ectopic pregnancy through the analysis of the clinical data of patients with recurrent ectopic pregnancy. Methods The Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the pregnancy characteristics of 268 patients with a history of recurrent ectopic pregnancy in Chancheng District Central Hospital of Foshan City in Guangdong Province from 2012 to 2013, the risk factors of recurrent ectopic pregnancy were further sereeninged out. Results The results indicated that the incidence of ectopic pregnancy among patients with or without pelvic infection, history of abortion, repeated abortion, the using of contraceptive ring and tubal disease had a statistical significance differences （X^2=8.053, 7.634, 15.349, 6.361; P = 0.005, 0.011, 0.000, 0.036）. The multiple fac- tors analysis was applied to analyze the clinical data with repeated eetopic pregnancy, and the results indicated that the pelvic infection, history of abortion and tubal disease were high risk factors of repeated ectopic pregnancy （OR = 8.831, 9.086, 27.011; P = 0.018, 0,032, 0.012）. Conclusion To reduce the incidence of repeated ectopic pregnancy and im- prove the life quality of women of childbearing age, the main causes of ectopic pregnancy and the patient＇s fertility＇re- quirements should be considered at the same time.
