利培酮口服液治疗老年器质性精神障碍效果观察

目的比较利培酮口服液与奥氮平治疗老年器质性精神障碍效果，为老年器质性精神障碍的治疗提供更为安全的方法。方法收集2012年4月～2013年4月浙江省永康市第三人民医院老年器质性精神障碍住院患者100例，将患者按随机数字表分成研究组和对照组，每组50例。其中对照组给予奥氮平，研究组给予利培酮，并于治疗前、治疗后2、4、8周利用简明精神病评定量表（BPRS）对患者的治疗效果进行评估，按BPRS减分率评定疗效，同时观察记录并评估治疗中患者的各种不适主诉及不良反应表现，并行不良反应量表（TESS）评定。结果经治疗4、6周后两组BPRS评分比较，研究组（75．2±9．2）、（33．0±2．5）分]明显低于对照组（78．6±9．8）、（41．6±2．6）分1（P〈0．05）。组内比较，研究组BPRS评分降低显著（P〈0．05）。研究组有效率（90．0％）明显高于对照组（68．0％），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组不良反应发生率分别为12．0％、6．0％，差异有高度统计学意义（x。17．506，P〈0．01）。治疗4、6周，研究组（3．87±1．02）、（1．20±0．30）分]与对照组（3．89±1．04）、（3．40±0．41）分]TESS评分比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论利培酮对老年器质性精神障碍患者疗效肯定，安全性较高，可作为治疗老年器质性精神障碍的首选用药。

Curative effect observation of Risperidone Oral Solution in the treatment of organic mental disorders for elderly

Objective To compare the effect of Risperidone Oral Solution and Olanzapine in the treatment of organic mental disorders for elderly, to provide a safer method for treating organic mental disorders for elderly. Methods 100 cases of hospitalized elderly patients with organic mental disorders were collected from April 2012 to April 2013 in the Third People＇s Hospital of Yongkang City, the patients according to random number table were divided into study group （50 cases） and control group （50 cases）, the control group were given Olanzapine, study group were given Risperidone, and before the treatment, 2, 4, 8 weeks after treatment the brief psychiatric rating scale （BPRS） was used to evaluate the curative effect of patients, the eurative effect was assessed according to the BPRS points rate, at the same time, complained of a variety of discomfort and adverse reaction of treatment patients were observed and recorded, and paral- lel reactions scale （TESS） was used to evaluate the adverse reaction. Results After treatment of 4, 6 weeks, BPRS scores were significant different in both groups, and they were significantly lower in the study group of （75.2±9.2）, （33.0±2.5） scores] than those in the control group （78.6±9.8）, （41.6±2.6） scores] （P 〈 0.05）. Comparison in the group, the BPRS scores in the study group significantly decreased （P 〈 0.05）. The team efficient rate in the study group （90.0%） was significantly higher than that in control group （68.0%）, witha significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were 12.0%, 6.0%, witha significant difference （X 2=17.506, P 〈 0.01）. Treatment of 4, 6 weeks, BPRS scores had significant differences in the study group （3.87±1.02）, （1.20±0.30） scores] and control group （3.89±1.04）, （3.40±0.41） scores] （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Risperidone has certainly effect in elderly organic men- tal disorders, with high safety, which can be used as the preferred drug for the treatment of senile organic mental disor- ders.
