针灸合并早期中医护理干预治疗乳腺增生症的效果观察

目的 观察针灸合并早期中医护理干预治疗乳腺增生症的临床效果.方法 选取2010年1月～2011年10月在广东省韶关市中医院门诊首次确诊需药物治疗的乳腺增生患者200例,随机分为观察组和对照组各100例.两组患者同时服用相同疗程的中药逍遥散加味汤剂,并给予常规护理.观察组患者在此基础上应用针灸合并早期中医护理干预.观察及比较两组患者临床疗效及干预前后的症状与体征变化、焦虑和抑郁评分、复发率情况.结果 观察组患者干预后总有效率为94.0％,明显高于对照组86.0％（P＜ 0.05）.与干预前比较,两组患者干预后乳房肿块明显缩小,乳房疼痛评分明显降低（P＜ 0.05或P＜0.01）.观察组患者干预后乳房肿块大小、乳房疼痛评分、伴随症状评分均明显小于或低于对照组患者干预后（P＜0.01）.观察组患者干预后SAS、SDS评分分别为（40.12±5.23）、（43.17±11.08）分,均明显低于同组干预前及对照组患者干预后（P＜0.01）.观察组患者复发率为9.0％,明显低于对照组（45.0％）（P＜0.05）.结论 内服中药加针灸合并早期中医护理干预治疗乳腺增生不仅改善患者的临床症状,而且能消除焦虑抑郁不良情绪,促进患者心理健康,从而达到治疗目的.

Observation of curative effect of acupuncture combined with early nursing intervention in the treatment of mammary gland hyperplasia

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture combined with early nursing intervention in the treatment of mammary gland hyperplasia.Methods 200 patients with mammary gland hyperplasia,who were first diagnosed and needed drugs treatment during January 2010 to October 2011 in Shaoguan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,were randomly divided into observation group and control group,and each group had 100 cases.The patients in the two groups were taken the same course Xiaoyao San Decoction,and given routine nursing.The patients in observation group were given acupuncture combined with early nursing intervention treatment based on it.The clinical curative effect and changes of symptoms and signs,anxiety and depression scores before and after the intervention,recurrence rate of patients in the two groups were observed and compared.Results The total effective rate in the observation group after the intervention was 94.0％,which was significantly higher than 86.0％ in the control group （P ＜0.05）.Compared with before intervention,the breast mass of patients in the two groups reduced significantly after the intervention,and breast pain scores decreased significantly （P ＜ 0.05 or P ＜ 0.01）.The breast mass size,breast pain score and accompanying symptoms score of patients in the observation group after the intervention were significantly less or lower than the control group after the intervention （P ＜ 0.01）.The SAS,SDS scores of patients in the observation group after the intervention were （40.12±5.23） scores,（43.17±11.08） scores respectively,which were significantly lower than those before the intervention and in the control group after the intervention （P ＜ 0.01）.The recurrence rate of patients in the observation group was 9.0％,which was significantly lower than 45.0％ in the control group （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion Taking orally Chinese medicine and acupuncture combined with early nursing intervention in the treatment of mammary gland hyperplasia can not only improve the clinical symptoms of patients,but also eliminate the anxiety and depression emotion,promote the psychological health of patients,so as to achieve therapeutic purposes.
