惠州市公安民警压力来源与工作满意度的调查

摘    要:目的调查惠州市公安民警压力来源与工作满意度,并进行二者的相关性研究,以更好地进行公安民警的压力管理和提高其工作满意度。方法2013年1-6月采用整群随机抽样方法选取广东省惠州市一区一县的公安分局、派出所共550名民警。采用自制的公安民警调查问卷对人群特征进行调查总结,采用公安民警的压力源问卷和警察的工作满意度问卷对调查人群进行压力源与工作满意度的调查。结果共发放调查问卷550份.有效回收问卷为520份.有效回收率占94.5%。公安民警压力源评分结果显示:男性得分高于女性.差异有统计学意义(t=2.905.P〈0.05);不同年龄段、婚姻状况公安民警压力源得分比较,差异有统计学意义(F=2.708、2.790,P〈0.05):本科及以上人员压力源得分明显高于本科以下人员,差异有统计学意义(t=2.988,P〈0.05);不同警龄(≤10年和〉10年)人员压力源得分比较,差异有统计学意义(t=2.956,P〈0.05)。公安民警工作满意度评分结果显示:不同年龄工作满意度评分比较,差异有统计学意义(F=2.231,P〈0.05),其他一般情况公安民警工作满意度评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。压力源和工作满意度各因子相关性分析结果显示,均呈负相关关系(P〈0.05或P〈0.01)。结论公安民警的压力来源受年龄、性别、婚姻、文化程度和警龄的影响,工作满意度受年龄的影响,且压力来源严重影响着公安民警的工作满意度,二者呈负相关。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the sources of stress and job satisfaction of police in Huizhou City, study the cor- relation between them, in order to better carry out police stress management and improve their job satisfaction. Meth- ods From January to June in 2013, the cluster random sampling method was used to select 550 policemen from a dis- trict and a county of police station and public security bureau of Huizhou City in Guangdong Province. Self-made po- lice questionnaire was used to conclude the population characteristics, police source of stress questionnaire and police job satisfaction questionnaire were used to investigate stress source and job satisfaction of the survey population. Re- sults 550 questionnaires were issued, get 520 valid questionnaires, the effective rate was 94.5%. The stress source scores of police showed that, scores of male were higher than female, the difference was statistically significant (t = 2.905, P 〈 0.05); scores of police with different ages, marital status had statistically significant differences (F = 2.708, 2.790, P 〈 0.05); score of police with bachelor degree or above was significantly higher than that of police with under bachelor de- gree (t = 2.988, P 〈 0.05); scores of police with different police duration (≤ 10 years, 〉 10 years) had statistically sig- nificant differences (t = 2.956, P 〈 0.05). The satisfaction scores of police showed that, scores of police with different ages had statistically significant differences (F = 2.231, P 〈 0.05); for other general condition of police, the differences of scores were not statistically significant (P 〉 0.05). Correlation analysis showed that the various factors related sources of stress and job satisfaction showed a negative relationship (P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01). Conclusion Sources of stress of po- licemen are influenced by age, gender, marital status, education level and police duration, while job satisfaction is af- fected by age. The sources of stress seriously affect police job satisfaction, both of which were negatively correlated.
