全自动片剂摆药机在提高药学服务水平中的应用!

目的简要介绍茂名市人民医院（以下简称“我院”）全自动片剂摆药机，并探讨其对提高药学服务水平的影响。方法采用自制调查问卷形式，随机抽取2013年9月在我院呼吸内科、内分泌科和综合科住院患者316例，将有效调研数据录入Excel。调查全自动片剂摆药机对住院患者服药依从性的影响。结果患者认为药品的卫生状况良好占71．5％，认为发药非常准确占75．0％，药品信息清晰度好占87．6％；患者对使用相应药物知晓率为占37．0％；患者服药不依从的表现最多的是忘记服药（43．5％），其次是无症状不服，有症状才服（25．2％）与服药自觉更坏时不服（13．2％）。结论全自动片剂摆药机在中心药房的使用，大大提高了摆药的速率与准确度，提高了药师的工作效率，减少了药品污染，有效提高了医院的药学服务水平。

Application of automatic-tablet-packing machine in improving the phar- maceutical service level

Objective To make a brief introduction to automatic-tablet-packing machine of Guangdong Maoming Peo- ple＇s Hospital （＂our hospital＂ for short）, and then probing into its effect on improving the pharmaceutical service level. Methods By the use of self-made questionnaires, a total of 316 cases of patients, who hospitalized in the Respiratory Internal Medicine Department, Endocrinology Department and Comprehensive Department of our hospital on September 2013 were chosen for investigation randomly. The effective investigation data were entered into the Excel. As a result, the effect of the automatic-tablet-packing machine against the patients＇ compliance in medication was investigated. Results The patients who thought the medicines were in good sanitary conditions covered 71.5%, those who considered the medicines were delivered rather accurately covered 75.0% and those who thought the medicine information was ab- solutely clear covered 87.6%. The patients＇ awareness rate against the relative drugs was 37.0%. The patients＇ ineom- pliant behavior in medication mostly was the forgetting of taking medicine （43.5%）, and the secondly was not to take when it was no symptoms and was to take when it had symptoms （25.2%）. Some of the patients didn＇t take the medicines when they felt it would be worse after taking （13.2%）. Conclusion The use of automatic-tablet-packing machine in the central pharmacy can largely improve the speed and accuracy in the tablet packing, facilitate the efficiency of pharmacist, reduce the drug contamination, and effectively improve the pharmaceutical service level of the hospital.
