| 摘 要： | 目的探讨不同病因肝硬化患者血清脂联素水平的差异。方法采用放射免疫法测定研究对象血清脂联素水平,并比较不同病因肝硬化患者血清脂联素水平的差异。结果乙肝肝硬化组、丙肝肝硬化组脂联素水平与对照组相比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);酒精性肝硬化组脂联素水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);非酒精性脂肪性肝硬化组脂联素水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论酒精性肝硬化患者血清脂联素水平升高,可能与胰岛素抵抗有关,而血清脂联素水平的降低可能是非酒精性脂肪性肝硬化的始动因素之一。
