牛黄上清微丸的制备工艺

摘    要:
目的:建立牛黄上清微丸制备方法。方法:以收率和圆整度优选挤出滚圆法制备工艺。结果:牛黄上清提取物加等量微晶纤维素,混匀,加30%水做黏合剂制软材,选择孔径为1.0 mm的筛板,挤出速度为30 r·min-1,滚圆速度50 Hz,滚圆时间为6 min。结论:微丸外表美观,质量稳定。

Abstract:
ObJective: To establish a preparation method of Niuhuang Shangqing pellets. Method: Optimization of yield and roundness was prepared by extrusion-spheronization process and researched the dissolution of pellets in vitro. Result: Blend the extraction with MCC, and add adequate water. Squeeze with 30 r ·min-1 and roll 6 min with the rate 50 Hz, drying and screening. Conclusion: The pellets had a good appearance and stable quality.
