摘    要:
采用组织化学技术观察了灰鼠耳蜗毛细胞中脱氢酶在卡铂耳中毒早期的活性变化.发现卡铂可选择性地抑制内毛细胞中的脱氢酶活性.并且这种影响是从底回开始向顶回发展.提示在内毛细胞变性之前.卡铂可通过抑制内毛细胞的脱氢酶干扰其能量的代谢.

Abstract:
Histochemical analysis was applied to observe early changes of dehydrogenase activity in the hair cells following carboplatin ototoxicity in chinchilla. The results showed that the activity of dehydrogenase in inner hair cells were particularly and immediately inhibited by carbo-platin and this effect started at the base of the cochlea first and developed at the apex later. The results indicate that energy metabolism of the inner hair cells could be disturbed before hair cell degeneration.
