心脏瓣膜置换术患者出院后护理干预的效果观察

【目的】探讨心脏瓣膜置换术患者出院后干预指导的效果。【方法】选取2007年7月-2009年12月在我科就诊的心脏瓣膜置换术出院患者46例,随机分成试验组24例和对照组22例。试验组给予个性化干预指导,对照组给予常规干预指导,比较两组干预指导的效果。【结果】干预后试验组患者出院时及出院1年后得分高于对照组,具有显著性差异（P〈0.05）,患者遵医行为好于对照组,具有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。【结论】对心脏瓣膜置换术的患者出院后采取干预指导是十分必要的,能够增进患者健康知识,降低病死率,提高患者术后的心功能及生活质量。

Observation on the effect of intervention guidance in patients after replacement of cardiac valves

【Objective】To study the effect of intervention guidance for patients after replacement of cardiac valves.【Methods】A totol of 46 cases admitted for cardiac valve replacement from July 2007-Dec 2009 were divided into experimental interveution group（24 cases） and control group（22 cases）.The experimental intervention group received personalized guidance and the control group received routine guidance.【Results】The scores acquired by the experimental group was higher than control group（P〈0.05）after followed up for one year after discharge.The compliance of patients in expermental group was also better than control group（P〈0.05）.【Conclusion】 The guided intervention is necessary for To discharged heart valve replacement patients.Patients may improve the health condition,reduce mortality and improve the postoperative cardiac function and quality of life.
