环氧氯丙烷染毒大鼠肝和脑干组织中cAMP,cGMP和CaM含量的变化

摘    要:
应用放免技术和钙调泰(CaM)的酶联免疫测试法(ELISA)测定了大鼠EPI染毒后肝和脑干组织中cAMP、cGMP及CaM的含量变化。结果表明,随着染毒剂量的增加肝组织中cAMP、cGMP和CaM含量均呈上升趋势,其中,cAMP和CaM上升一致,cAMP/cGMP值升高;脑干组织中cAMP含量增加,cGMP和CaM无明显变化。本文还讨论了EPI染毒后脑干组织中cAMP、cGMP和DaM含量变化的可能机制和意义。

Abstract:
Content changes of cAMP, cGMP and CaM in the liver and brainstem of rat after giving Epichlorohydrin ( EPI ) were determined by RIA and ELISA. The results showed that the levels of cAMP and CaM of the liver were raised with the increase of the dose of EPI. the cAMP/cGMP ratio was increased. In brainstem the levels of cAMP got higher,but no apparent level changes of cGMP and CaM were seen. The results mentioned above suggested that by indirect effect on liver cells ( EPI might ) activate adenylate cyclase and increase the formation of CaM complex, and cause an increase in cAMP and CaM content, and make blood sugar raise. In this Paper we also discuss the probable mechanism and significance of the change in levels of cAMP, cGMP and CaM in the brainstem after giving EPI.
