运用品管圈提高乳腺癌患者PICC维护质量的实践

目的：探讨品管圈的应用对提高乳腺癌患者PICC维护质量、降低乳腺癌患者PICC并发症发生率的作用。方法：针对主题，进行现状把握，计划拟定，目标设定与解析，对策拟定、实施与检讨，进一步改进，效果确认，标准化。结果：通过品管圈的应用，PICC穿刺点红肿、机械性静脉炎、导管异位的发生率均下降，且前两者差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：利用品管圈对PICC维护质量进行管理控制，可以提高乳腺癌患者PICC维护质量，降低乳腺癌患者PICC并发症发生率；具有主动管理的优点，能够更好地促进临床实际问题的解决，促进PICC换药室管理制度、PICC维护标准化操作流程的建立和完善。

The effect of the quality control circle in the quality of peripherally inserted central catheters maintenance

Objective： To investigate whether the quality control circle （QCC） could improve the quality of peripherally inserted central catheters （PICC） maintenance and reduce the incidence rate of PICC complications. Method： Based on the theme, we made the plan, set the target, developed strategies, practiced and examined them, confirmed the effect, made standardization, and conducted self-examination and improvement. Results： After the application of the quality control circle, the swelling rate of PICC puncture point （P〈0.01）, the incidence rate of mechanical phlebitis （P〈0.05）, and the accidental decannulation rates all declined. Conclusions： Using QCC for the management of PICC care can improve the quality of PICC maintenance and reduce the incidence rate of P ICC complications of breast cancer patients. Its advantage is active management. It can help to solve clinical problems, and to establish and complete the PICC dressing room management system and standardized procedure of PICC maintenance.
