老年人社区健康服务利用现状及其影响因素分析

目的：了解北京市老年人社区健康服务利用现状并探讨其影响因素。方法：于2012年5—7月对北京市20个社区的406名老年人进行问卷调查。结果：社区老年人的健康状况较差，最希望得到的健康服务为意外事件救助（98．0％）；对社区医疗服务利用率低，仅24．3％的老年人考虑去社区医院就诊；影响老年人社区就诊的因素包括性别、家庭结构、文化程度、自理能力、就医经济压力等。结论：社区健康服务在体系支撑、经费投入和人员配置上仍须加强；社区工作者应促进社区健康服务水平优质化和服务方式多样化。

Community Health service utilization status and influencing factor among the elders

Objective： To investigate the community health service utilization status and influencing factor among the elders in Beijing. Method： From May to July, 2012, a total of 406 elders in 20 communities in Beijing were investigated by questionnaires. Results： About 75.8% elders had two or more chronic diseases and most elders （98.0%） need accident rescue. Community health service utilization was low and only 24.3% of the elders considered to utilize community hospitals. The main influencing factors of utilizing community hospital were gender, family structure, educational background, self-care ability, economic affordability of medical treatment and so on. Conclusion： For a better health status of elders, it is crucial to strengthen the system support, financial input and community staffing. Community workers should enhance health education level and provide the elders with various types of services.
