| 摘 要： | 总结了新加坡义安理工学院教育培训中心的卓越七步教学法指导原则。卓越七步教学法是以“学生为中心”的教学理念的体现，它将如何了解学员、导向学生思维、设计课程方案、创造学习环境、准备学习资料、进行有效评价、学员参与教学7个相关联、相层叠的步骤运用于教学。 |

| Abstract: | The authors summarized the Excellence seven steps pedagogy guiding principles in Ngee Ann Polytechnic Education and Training Center. Excellent seven-step teaching method was based on student-centered teaching philosophy. It had seven associated cascading steps, named how to understand students, student oriented thinking, designing curriculum programs, creating a learhing environment, preparing learning materials, effective evaluation, and involving students in the teaching process. It was helpful to improve the overall quality of the clinical nurse. |
