护理干预对早孕药物流产患者遵医行为的影响

目的探讨护理干预对药物流产患者遵医行为的影响。方法将妇科检查确定采用药物终止早孕者100例随机分成实验组和对照组各50例。实验组实施一系列的护理干预,对照组不予干预,均建立电话联系,服药治疗后分别对两组患者进行遵医行为调查。结果护理干预前,两组患者遵医行为比较无统计学意义（P〉0.05）﹔护理干预后,两组患者比较均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,实验组患者治疗依从性明显高于对照组。结论护理干预可提高药物流产患者遵医行为,利于患者掌握生殖健康知识,减少排胎不全等并发症。

The Impact of Nursing Intervention on Medical Compliance Behavior of Drug Abortion Patients

Objective To explore the impact of nursing intervention on medical compliance behavior of drug abortion patients.Methods 100 cases with gynaecological check-up to terminate early pregnancy by drugs were divided into experimental group and control group at random,with 50 cases in each group.In the experimental group,a series of nursing intervention was carried out,but not in the control group.Telephone communications were necessary in the two groups.Medical compliance behavior was investigated after the patients were taken medicine and treated.Results Before nursing intervention,the two groups had no statistical significance by comparison of medical compliance behavior（P 0.05）.After nursing intervention,the two groups had statistically significant comparison（P 0.05）,and the experimental group had significantly higher medical compliance than the control group.Conclusion Nursing intervention can improve medical compliance behavior of drug abortion patients,help them master knowledge of reproductive health,and reduce the complications such as incomplete delivery.
