| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨不同级别医院护士长对职业化管理培训需求的差异。方法:以问卷选答的形式调查该省不同级别在职护士长424人。结果:对职业化管理培训的需求,不同级别医院护士长既相同,也有差异。结论:必须认清不同级别医院护士长对职业化管理培训需求的共性与差异,有针对性地开展在职继续教育。

| Abstract: | Objective： To evaluate difference of the management training needs in nurse managers from different level hospitals. Methods： A questionnaire was used to investigate management training needs of 424 nurse managers from different level public hospitals in Heilongjiang province. Results： There were both similarities and differences in professional management training needs of nurse managers from different level hospitals. Conclusion： We should find out the similarities and differences of management training needs in nurse managers from different level hospitals, then provide continuous education accordingly. |
