| 摘 要： | 目的探讨拉萨地区藏族中青年干部的血清尿酸水平与相关疾病的关系。方法对拉萨地区400名藏族中青年干部检测血清尿酸水平并进行详细的体格检查。结果血清尿酸水平增高组几种疾病(糖尿病、高原红细胞增多症、高血压、脑血管疾病)的检出率均高于正常组,两组间有显著差异p<0.05。结论高原地区血尿酸水平与糖尿病、高原红细胞增多症、高血压、脑血管病有密切关系。
