| 摘 要： | 目的:比较慢性前列腺炎三种治疗方法的效果。方法:360例患者分别采用中药、西药和中西药联合三种治疗方法观察疗效。结果:中药组有效率67.1%,西药组有效率80.4%,中西药联合组有效率90%。结论:慢性前列腺炎以个体化诊治方案为宜,中西药临床联合应用可明显提高疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of three therapeutic methods for chronic prostatitis. Methods Three hundreds and sixty patients were randomized into 3 groups,Group A(traditional Chinese medicine),Group B(Western medicine),and Group C(Western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine). The results of the three treatment methods were compared and analyzed. Results There were significant differences among the three therapies. The total efficacy rates of the 3 Groups were 67.1% for Group A,80.4% for Group B,and 90% for Group C. Conclusion The treatment method of chronic prostatitis should be administrated individually. Combined therapy can improve the effect for chronic prostatitis. |
