IL-6和ICAM-1与冠心病关系的研究进展

目的：探讨白介素—6(IL—6)和细胞间黏附分子—1(ICAM—1)在冠心病发生、发展及预后中的作用。方法：分别对IL—6、ICAM—1在冠心病中的表达、在冠状动脉粥样硬化和急性心肌梗死(AMI)发生、发展中的作用，以及其对AMI后心肌损伤的影响进行分析，查阅文献资料，综合观点。结果：IL—6作为一种前炎症细胞因子，它通过直接刺激血管平滑肌细胞增生和间接影响C反应蛋白(CRP)及基质降解酶的合成等方式，参与了冠状动脉粥样硬化的形成与发展，同时，IL—6又介导了急性心肌梗死(AMI)后心肌损伤中的炎症反应；而细胞间黏附分子(ICAM—1)则通过介导白细胞间及白细胞与内皮细胞、心肌细胞间的黏附，从而参与了冠心病的发生与发展。结论：对IL—6、ICAM—1的深入研究有助于为冠心病防治开辟新的广阔空间。

Study on The Relationship between IL-6、ICAM-1 and Coronary Heart Disease

Objective:To investigate the effect o f interleukin-6(IL-6) and intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1) on the genes is,development and prognosis of coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods:Determining the expression of IL-6,ICAM-1 in CHD,Studying the effect of IL-6 a nd ICAM-1 on the genesis and development of coronary atherosclerosis and acute m yocardial infarction(AMI) and myocardial lesion in AMI.Reviewing literatures,the n summarizing them.Results:IL-6,as a proinflammatory cytokine,invo lved in the formation and development of coronary atherosclerosis by directly st i mulating the hyperplasia of vascular smooth muscle cells and indirectly affectin g the synthesis of c-reaction protein(CRP) and matrix metalloproteinase-1.In AMI ,IL-6 involved in myocardial lesion through inflammatory reaction.ICAM-1 played an important role in CHD by promoting the adhesion of interleucocyte,between end otheliocyte and leucocyte,and among cardiac muscle cells.Conclusion:Further study of IL-6 and ICAM-1 will be helpful to the prevention and therap y of CHD.
