Caspase-3蛋白在膀胱移行细胞癌的表达及其意义

目的:通过检测半胱氨酸天门冬氨酸蛋白酶-3(Caspase-3)在正常膀胱黏膜组织和膀胱移行细胞癌的表达,探讨其在膀胱移行细胞癌发生、发展中的意义.方法:采用免疫组织化学(S-P法),对10例正常膀胱黏膜组织及46例膀胱移行细胞癌组织的Caspase-3蛋白表达情况进行检测.结果:膀胱移行细胞癌组织的Caspase-3蛋白表达阳性率(47.83%)明显低于正常膀胱黏膜组织(90.00%)(P<0.01),Caspase-3蛋白表达与膀胱移行细胞癌组织学分级有明显关系(P<0.01),但与其临床分期无明显关系(P>0.05).结论:Caspase-3的表达降低在膀胱癌的发生中起着重要作用.

Expression of Caspase-3 in bladder transitional carcinoma and its significance

Objective:To investigate the expression of Caspase-3 to evaluate the effect on the tumorigenesis and progression in normal bladder mucous membrane and bladder transitional carcinoma(BTCC).Methods:The immunohistochemistry (S-P method) was used to determine the expression of Caspase-3 in 46 case of BTCC and 10 normal bladder mucous membranes.Results:The protein expression level of Caspase-3 in BTCC(47.83%) was significantly lower than that in normal bladder samples(90.00%)(P<0.01).Caspase-3 expression level was correlated with the grading of BTCC(P<0.01),but had no significant correlation with clinical staging(P<0.01).Conclusions:Decrease of expression of Caspase-3 may play an important role in the tumorigenesis of bladder carcinoma.
