小儿氧驱动雾化吸入护理体会

目的:探讨氧气驱动雾化吸入治疗小儿哮喘的疗效。方法:将临床确诊的小儿哮喘病例,遵照医嘱配制药液,按氧驱动雾化吸入疗法规范操作,使药液随氧气的吸入而发挥作用。结果:本组237例患儿均能达到稀释痰液、排痰、消炎、缓解哮喘和提高肺功能的作用,无1例出现不良反应,效果满意。结论:作为稀释痰液、消除炎症、解除支气管痉挛、减轻喉头水肿、改善通气等重要手段,其起效快、操作简便、用药量小、无痛苦、患儿易于接受,是一种安全、有效、方便的治疗方法。

Nursing Experience of Pediatric Oxygen Drive Atomization Inhalation

Objective： to explore the curative effects of oxygen drive atomization inhalation in treating pedi- atric asthma. Method： Children clinically diagnosed as asthma were administered liquid medicine on the advice of doctor, and were given oxygen drive atomization inhalation in line with standard procedures so that liquid can be effective with the inhalation of oxygen. Result： 237 patients all showed dilution of sputum, sutum excretion, relieving asthma, and improvement in lung function. No side effects occur. The efficacy is satisfactory. Conclu- sion： As an important means to dilute sputum, eliminate inflammation, eelieve bronchial spasm, reduce the la- ryngeal edema and improve ventilation, it proves to be a safe, effective and convenient treatment with the quality of quick onset, easy operation, low dosage, no pain and easy acceptance on the part of the patients.
