| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨剖宫产术后使用PCA泵镇痛的不良反应及护理对策。方法:回顾性总结某医院200例剖宫产产妇出现的不良反应所给予的护理对策进行分析。结果:200例剖宫产产妇使用镇痛泵后通过及时的观察和护理均痊愈出院。结论:预见性观察、合理的防治、及时的护理干预可以减少或避免剖宫产术后使用PCA泵镇痛不良反应发生。 |

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the adverse reaction and nursing treatment on PCA pump after caesarean birth operation. Method： Two hundred ,patients undergoing caesarean birth and PCApump whose adverse reaction and nuring treatment were analyzed. Result： 200 patients after using Papuan and nursing treatment were cured and discharged from hospital. Conclusion： Reasonable prevention and nursing intenvention are effective in reducing PCApump induced adverse reaction. |
