| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声在建立经皮肾镜取石术工作通道中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析某医院对32例复杂性肾结石患者采用彩色多普勒超声引导建立经皮肾镜工作通道,行经皮肾镜碎石取石术患者的临床资料。结果:32例患者均成功建立理想的工作通道。无严重并发症发生。结论:彩色多普勒超声引导可以为经皮肾镜取石术提供实时、安全、准确的工作通道,对经皮肾镜取石术具有重要的应用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective： To evaluate the application value of color-Doppler ultrasound in establishing working channel in percutaneous nephrolithotomy（PCNL）. Methods： the data of 32 patients with complicated renal calculi who were treated with PCNL after the renal working channel was established under the guide of color-Doppler ultrasound were analyzed retrospectively. Result： Of the 32 cases, all operations were performed successfully and optimal working channels were established. No major complications. Conclusion： Color-Doppler ultrasound can provide real time, safe and accurate imaging-orientation in establishing working channel in PCNL. It is of great value to improve the efficiency and safety of PCNL. |
