| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨强化性护理干预对经尿道前列腺电切除术(TURP)并发症的影响。方法:将80例前列腺增生(BPH)行TURP术的患者,随机分为对照组和干预组两组。对照组采用常规护理措施,干预组采用强化性护理干预措施。结果:干预组TURP术并发症的发生率明显低于对照组,且病人平均住院时间较对照组明显缩短。结论:采用强化性护理干预能够有效减少和预防TURP术并发症,提高护理质量,提高手术成功率,缩短患者住院时间。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the enhanced care intervention on the complications of transurethral resection of prostate （TURP）. Methods：80 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia （BPH） which were proceeded TURP were randomly divided into control group and intervention group. Patients in control group received routine care measures. The patients in the intervention group received strengthen care interventions. Results： The complications after TUPR in intervention group were significantly lower than that of the control group.The average time in hospital of the control group was significant shorter than intervention group. Conclusions： The enhanced care intervention can effectively reduce and prevent TURP surgery complications, improve the quality of care, imptove the success rate of operation and shorten the time in hospital for the patients. |
