氟比洛芬酯应用于腹腔镜胆囊切除术的临床分析

目的:观察氟比洛芬酯应用于胆囊腹腔镜手术的临床效果。方法:40例择期行胆囊腹腔镜手术患者均采用静吸复合麻醉,随机分为两组:氟比洛芬酯组(A组,n=20);诱导前和手术结束前15min分别静脉给予氟比洛芬酯1mg/kg,对照组(B组,n=20),静脉给予生理盐水。术后用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评估两组患者完全清醒时,术后1h、6h、12h、24h的疼痛感觉程度,并观察各组苏醒期躁动、术后疼痛不适及恶心、呕吐等不良反应发生情况。结果:A组术后疼痛明显轻于B组,A组术后恶心呕吐率明显低于B组。结论:氟比洛芬酯应用于腹腔镜胆囊切除术可明显改善术后的疼痛和减少恶心呕吐等不良反应。

Efficacy of Flurbiprofen Axetil in Patients Undergoing Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

Objective： To study the effect of Flurbiprofen tectomy （LC）. Methods： Forty patients scheduled for LC with i signed to 2 groups： Flurbiprofen axetil group （group A, n=20 induction and 15 minutes before the end of surgery,patients axetil in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecysntravenous evoflurane anesthesia were randomly ascomparison（group B, n=20） . Before the analgesic in group A were intravenously injected with Flurbiprofen axetil lmg/kg nespectively. VAS scores at the end of surgery and 1,6,12,24hours,Afier surgery were recorded individually. The incidence rate of restless,ausea and vomiting after surgery were recorded. Results： The incidence rate of pain in group A were significantly lower nausea and vomiting in group A were significantly lower co fen axetil can reduce the adverse reactions,such as than that in group B （P〈0.05）. The incidence rate of mpared with group B （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Flurbipro- spain nausea and vomiting in patients undergoing LC.
