慢性乙型肝炎患者血清TGF-β_1、IL-18的检测及临床意义

目的探讨慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)患者血清TGF-β1、IL-18水平的变化及其临床意义。方法采用ELISA法检测49例CHB患者及30例健康成人血清TGF-β1、IL-18水平,并同时检测各项肝功能指标。结果CHB患者血清TGF-β1、IL-18水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.01),且随CHB的严重程度增高而升高:血清TGF-β1、IL-18水平与血清各项肝功能指标呈正相关(P<0.01);HBeAg阴性组血清中TGF-β1水平较HBeAg阳性组明显低(P<0.01),HBeAg阳性组血清中IL-18水平较HBeAg阴性组明显低(P<0.01)。结论CHB患者血清TGF-β1、IL-18水平与肝细胞损伤指标呈正相关,这对于了解肝组织炎症活动及肝细胞损伤程度具有重要意义,联合检测TGF-β1及IL-18水平有助于肝脏炎症病变的诊断和评估。

Determination of serum TGF-β1 and IL-18 in patients with chronic hepatitis B and its clinical significance

Objective To explore the change of serum TGF-β1 and IL-18 in patients with chronic hepatitis B(CHB)and its clinical significance.Methods The levels of TGF-β and IL-18 were determined in both 49 patients with CHB(CHB group)and 30 healthy adults(control group)by applying ELISA and some liver functional parameters were also measured.Results Compared with those of control group,serum levels of TGF-β1 and IL-18 in CHB group were significantly elevated(P<0.01)and the levels rose along with severity of CHB.The serum levels of TGF-β1 and IL-18 were positively correlative to liver functional parameters(P<0.01).Serum level of TGF-β1 was significantly lower and IL-18 significantly higher in HBeAg negative group than that of HBeAg positive group(P<0.01).Conclusion There is a positive correlation between serum levels of TGF-β1 as well as IL-18 and liver functional parameters in patients with chronic hepatitis B.It is of important significance in evaluating hepatic tissue inflammation and the degree of hepatocellular injury.Combined detection of TGF-β1 and IL-18 contributes to the diagnosis and evaluation of hepatic inflammation.
