广州市民对临终关怀服务的认知、态度和需求的调查

目的 了解广州市民对临终关怀服务的认知、态度和需求。方法 采用自制调查表，按整群抽样共调查市民943人。结果 62．6％的人对临终关怀服务有所了解，其中医务工作者和高学历人群的知晓率相对较高。67．4％的人认为有必要开展临终关怀服务。结论 多数市民赞成开展f临终关怀服务，表明临终关怀是受市民支持的，刚刚兴起的临终关怀服务可能还有许多不足，需要不断完善。

Investigation of the knowledge,attitude and requirement related to hospice care among Guangzhou residents

Objective To understand the knowledge, attitude and requirement related to hospice care for people at terminal stage. Methods With cluster sampling, 943 residents were interviewed by using self-designed questionnaire. Results 62.6% residents have some understanding about hospice care. The knowledge of hospice care is more popular in medical workers and person with high educational background. The 67.4% of residents thought that it was necessary to carry out hospice care service. Conclusions It shows that hospice care service is supported among general population and most of the investigated residents agree to develop hospice care service. But it still needs the further improvement.
