探讨UF-1000i尿沉渣分析仪检测尿中红细胞、白细胞的干扰因素

目的探讨UF-1000i尿沉渣分析仪检测尿中红细胞、白细胞的干扰因素。方法随机抽取我院2000例门诊、住院患者新鲜尿,采用UF-1000i尿沉渣分析仪、干化学法和显微镜检三种方法检测尿中红细胞、白细胞。结果 UF-1000i尿沉渣分析仪检测红细胞常受结晶、酵母样菌、细菌、影红细胞等影响;上皮细胞、非晶形盐类结晶、大量细菌、小圆上皮细胞是引起白细胞假阳性的主要因素。结论 UF-1000i尿沉渣分析仪能快速检测尿中红细胞、白细胞,但有一定的假阳性和假阴性结果。多种因素可以影响UF-1000i尿沉渣分析仪检测尿中红细胞、白细胞,出现结果误判,因此该仪器不能完全替代显微镜的检测,UF-1000i尿沉渣分析仪、干化学法及显微镜检三者互检,可使结果更准确,为临床提供更可靠的信息。

Study on the interference factors of detection of urinary erythrocyte and leukocyte by UF-1000i urinary sediment analyzer

Objective To discuss the interference factors that affecting the examination of urinary erythrocyte and leukocyte by UF-1000i urinary sediment analyzer.Methods Urinary erythrocyte and leukocyte of 2000 fresh urine of outpatients and inpatients were detected by UF-1000i urinary sediment analyzer,Urine dipsticks analyzer and microscope.Results The detection of urinary erythrocyte of UF-1000i urinary sediment analyzer was influenced by crystals,fungus,bacteria and erythrocyte ghosts.While epithelial cells,amorphous salt crystals、large number of bacteria,small round epithelial cells are main reasons that causing leukocyte false positive.Conclusion UF-1000i urinary sediment analyzer can quickly examine urinary erythrocyte and leukocyte,but there are certain false positive and false negative results.Several factors can affect the urinary erythrocyte,leukocyte in UF-1000i urinary sediment analyzer.Therefore,this analyzer cant completely replace the microscopic examination.Combination of UF-1000i urinary sediment analyzer,Urine dipsticks analyzer and microscopic examination can make the results more accurate and provide credible date for clinic.
