改良横切纵缝法矫治内眦赘皮

目的 探讨一种较好地矫治内眦赘皮的手术方法.方法 采用改良的经睑缘切口横切纵缝法行内眦赘皮矫治术,在新的内眦点与下睑泪点内侧之间皮下分离,去除错位的轮匝肌,缩短内眦韧带,并重新分布缝合皮肤.结果 2006年10月至2007年11月,于临床应用118例,手术过程顺利,术后经过3～15个月的回访,内眦部位形成满意的美学效果,瘢痕小,无复发.结论 经改良的横切纵缝法行内眦开大术远期效果良好,是矫治内眦赘皮良好的方法.

Epicanthus correction by modified epicanthoplasty

Objective To explore the techniques of epieanthoplusty.Methods The epieanthoplasty was designed based on the prineiple of transverse-vertical platy.The skin between the new medial eunthal point and lov er lacrimal point was undermined subcutaneously.The displaced orbicularis oculi muscle WaS released and the medial eanthal tendon Was shortened.Then the skin was redistributed.Results From Oct.2006 to Nov.2007,118 cases were treated.The patients were followed up for 3-15 months.The cosmetic results were satisfactory with no relapse and inconspicuous acar.Conclusions The modified epieanthoplasty is very practical technique for clinical appheafion with a g00d long-term effect.
