| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨食管癌患者围手术期实施舒适护理的效果。方法：选择126例食管癌患者随机分为对照组和观察组各63例,对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组采用舒适护理模式。分别观察两组术前焦虑、住院天数、并发症和护理工作满意度情况。结果：观察组术前焦虑程度、住院天数与对照组相比有显著性差异（P〈0.01）,且在并发症及护理工作满意度等方面与对照组相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：舒适护理可以减轻患者焦虑程度,促进患者早日康复,提高患者的满意度。
